These Terms of Service (or "Terms") govern your use of Wanano, except where we expressly state that separate terms (and not these) apply. When you create a Wanano account or use Wanano, you agree to these Terms.

As a Wanano user, you have the right to responsibly create polls and express your opinions. We encourage diverse and respectful content. However, please refrain from sharing content that violates our Content Guidelines outlined below.

To join Wanano, you need to create an account using your name and email address. This information is used solely for account creation, login purposes, and to enable you to create and vote on polls. We value your privacy; please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

Content Guidelines:

Please only share content that you have the right to share. Respect the intellectual property of others and avoid posting objectionable content as outlined below:

Offensive, insensitive, or harmful content that targets individuals or groups based on their religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, national/ethnic origin, or other characteristics.
Content that promotes violence, harm, or illegal activities.
Explicit sexual or pornographic material.

Intellectual Property:

We do not claim ownership of the content you share on Wanano, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it in connection with our platform.

Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Wanano if you violate any of our terms or policies.

We may update these Terms of Service as needed. You can always access the latest version within the app, and we'll notify you of any changes via email.
